This disclaimer applies to any statement about income, profits, funded accounts, payouts or results — on this website, in the PROPHECY Discord, in calls, on social media, in emails or anywhere else — made by Bracho Holdings LLC, Sebas Bracho, or anyone speaking for PROPHECY.

No earnings guarantee

We do not promise, guarantee or imply that you will make any money, recover the cost of the program, pass any prop-firm evaluation, get funded, receive a payout, or become consistently profitable. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss, and most people who trade lose money. Your results depend on many things we do not control, including your capital, discipline, time, risk management, experience, market conditions and luck. You may earn nothing and you may lose money.

Results shown are not typical

Any trades, account screenshots, payouts, funded accounts or results that we or our members share are individual outcomes. They are not typical, they are not a prediction of what you will achieve, and they may not reflect the full picture (for example, losses on other days or accounts, evaluation fees paid, or the time it took). Many results we show are from simulated, demo or evaluation accounts, which are hypothetical — see the CFTC Rule 4.41 statement in our Risk Disclaimer. Where we show Sebas's own trading, it is to teach a concept, not to suggest you will get the same results.

Testimonials and endorsements

Testimonials and reviews reflect the real experiences and opinions of the individual members who gave them. They are not verified trading records, they may not be representative of other members, and they are not a guarantee of your results. We follow the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255). That means:

  • we do not publish fake testimonials or reviews, and we do not alter a testimonial in a way that changes its meaning;
  • we only use a member's name, image, results or words publicly with their permission;
  • if someone giving a testimonial received anything of value from us — for example free or discounted access, a giveaway, or payment — or has a relationship with us (such as a team member or affiliate), we will disclose that connection clearly with the testimonial; and
  • we do not suppress honest negative reviews.

If you give us a testimonial, you confirm that it is truthful and reflects your own experience.

Forward-looking statements

Statements about what a method, strategy or the program "can" help you do describe potential and intent, not a promise. Always do your own research and consider your own situation before trading or buying any education.
