Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Bracho Holdings LLC ("PROPHECY", "we", "us") collects through tradeprophecy.com, the PROPHECY learning platform, the booking page, the PROPHECY Discord and our Instagram messaging, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. Bracho Holdings LLC is the business responsible for your information.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information from Whop. When you log in with Whop, we receive your Whop user ID, name or username, email address, and membership details (which product you hold, its status and renewal/cancellation state).
  • Payment information. Payments are handled entirely by Whop. We receive only purchase and membership records (for example product, amount, date and status) — never your full card number.
  • Learning activity. Which lectures you have watched, how far you got, completions, and the personal notes you write on lectures.
  • Sign-ups, the free training and the 1-on-1 application. The email address you give us (plus a name and, if you choose, a mobile number), which page you signed up from and which traffic source brought you there (for example "instagram", from a link tag), the date, the IP address used, and whether you ticked the box asking for marketing emails or texts. For the free training we also record which chapters you started and finished. For the 1-on-1 application we store your answers, your contact details, and the status Sebas gives your application.
  • Journal and homework. The trade journal entries you write (date, result, setup, notes, optional screenshot) and the homework boxes you tick. Journal screenshots are stored on our server and shown only to you and to us.
  • Mentorship and booking information. For 1-on-1 students: your name, Whop username, Discord username, the call times you book, reschedule or cancel, attendance, and notes we keep about your progress and roadmap.
  • Community and calls. What you post in the PROPHECY Discord, and your voice, username, video, screen shares and chat in sessions that are recorded (see Terms, Section 8).
  • Instagram / ManyChat. If you message us or comment on Instagram to get our checklist, ManyChat and Instagram (Meta) process your Instagram username, messages and the fact that you interacted, so the checklist can be sent to you by direct message.
  • Messages to us. Anything you send us by email, Discord or Instagram.
  • Technical data. IP address, browser/device type (user agent), pages requested, and date/time, recorded in server logs and in login sessions for security and troubleshooting.

2. Cookies

We use only first-party cookies that make the site work and let us count, honestly, how people move through it: a login session cookie (prophecy_session), a short-lived cookie that protects the Whop login step (prophecy_oauth), a cookie that remembers which student you are on the booking page (prophecy_student), a random visitor id (pp_vid, one year) and a traffic-source tag (pp_src, 30 days) used only to count how many people reach each step of the free training, a cookie that remembers you unlocked the free training (pp_lead, one year), and, for our staff only, an admin session cookie. Your browser's local storage remembers where you stopped a video. We do not use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies or pixels on this site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and, on lecture pages, a video-player library from a public content-delivery network (cdnjs, operated by Cloudflare); those providers receive your IP address and browser information when the files load. Whop, Discord and Instagram set their own cookies on their own sites under their own policies.

3. How we use information

  • to provide the Services: verify your membership, give you access, stream lectures, save your progress and notes, run bookings and calls;
  • to communicate with you about your membership, bookings, launches and changes (including early-access and launch emails you signed up for — you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • to deliver the checklist and follow-up messages you asked for on Instagram;
  • to keep the Services secure, prevent abuse, account sharing and fraud, and enforce our Terms;
  • to improve the curriculum and the Services; and
  • to comply with law, and to establish or defend legal claims.

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example in the EU/UK), we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the Services, your consent (which you can withdraw, for example for marketing emails or Instagram messages), and legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run PROPHECY, each of which may use it only to provide its service:

  • Whop — checkout, payments, subscriptions, login and membership records;
  • YouTube (Google) — only where a video on our site is embedded from YouTube; otherwise videos are hosted on our own server;
  • Discord — the PROPHECY community, voice calls and schedule posts;
  • Google — web fonts, and email and document tools we use to communicate and run the business;
  • ManyChat and Meta (Instagram) — Instagram direct messages and the checklist funnel;
  • Our cloud hosting provider — the servers that run the site and store its database and backups;
  • any email delivery service we use to send membership and launch emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety or property of PROPHECY, our members or others, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganisation of the business (in which case this policy continues to apply).

5. How long we keep it

  • Account, progress and notes: while your account exists and for up to 24 months after your membership ends, so you can come back to where you left off — or sooner if you ask us to delete it.
  • Early-access sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
  • Booking and mentorship records: for the length of your mentorship and up to 24 months after.
  • Session recordings: for as long as they are useful to members as teaching material, unless you ask us to remove your part (we will do so where reasonably possible).
  • Server logs and login sessions: generally no longer than 12 months.
  • Purchase records: as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; receive a copy in a portable format; object to or restrict certain uses; withdraw consent; and opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither). California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), and residents of other U.S. states with similar laws have comparable rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

How to make a request: email with the subject "Privacy request", saying what you would like us to do. We will verify your identity (usually by matching your Whop account email or Discord username) and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorised agent with your written permission. If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our decision. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link or email us; to stop Instagram messages, reply STOP or unsubscribe in the chat. Deleting your data here does not delete your Whop, Discord or Instagram accounts — manage those with each service.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure login through Whop, key-only server access, restricted admin access and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information we will notify you as required by law.

8. Children

The Services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, whose laws may differ from where you live. By using the Services you understand your information will be processed there.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify members through the Discord or by email.
