Refund Policy

PROPHECY delivers digital education, recorded lectures and community access that are available immediately after purchase, and mentorship that reserves a limited seat and Sebas's personal time. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for every product sold through Whop.

1. All sales are final

Except for the specific cases in Section 5, all payments are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Prophecy Membership (monthly)

  • Your membership renews automatically about every 30 days through Whop until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from your Whop account (Whop → your memberships → Prophecy → cancel). Cancelling stops all future charges.
  • After you cancel, your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then ends.
  • No partial or prorated refunds are given for unused time, days remaining in a period, missed calls, or content you chose not to use. A renewal charge that has already gone through is not refunded; cancel before your renewal date to avoid it.

3. Founding member price ($97/month)

  • Founding members keep the $97/month rate only while their membership remains continuously active.
  • If you cancel, or your membership ends because a payment fails and is not fixed within Whop's retry period, the founding rate is lost. Rejoining later is at the regular price in effect at that time.
  • The founding rate is personal and cannot be transferred, combined with other offers, or applied to another account or product.

4. 1-on-1 Mentorship

  • Mentorship is sold by application. If we decline your application after you have paid, we refund you in full.
  • Once your application is accepted and payment is made, all mentorship sales are final — including if you stop attending, miss or forfeit calls under the booking rules (24 hours' notice; no-shows forfeit the call), do not complete the program, or change your mind.
  • The price you pay is the price quoted to you after acceptance and shown at checkout. A later price change, sale or promotion does not entitle you to a refund or credit of the difference.
  • If we are unable to deliver mentorship calls for reasons on our side and cannot offer reasonable replacement times, contact us and we will agree a fair remedy, which may include a partial refund for sessions not delivered.

5. When we will refund

  • a genuine billing error, such as a duplicate charge for the same period or a charge after a cancellation that went through correctly;
  • a technical failure on our side that prevents access and that we cannot fix within a reasonable time;
  • a declined mentorship application (Section 4); and
  • where a refund is required by a law that cannot be waived.

Contact us at within 14 days of the charge, with your Whop account email and receipt. Approved refunds are issued through Whop to the original payment method; your bank may take several business days to show them.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues are fixed quickly. Filing a chargeback on a valid purchase breaches our Terms and results in immediate suspension of access to the platform, the PROPHECY Discord and any mentorship. We will respond to disputes with records of your purchase, your agreement to these policies and your use of the Services, and we may refuse future purchases from you.
