Refund Policy

All sales are final

Prophecy delivers digital education and community access that is available immediately after purchase. Because of this, all payments are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, for every product: Prophecy Membership (each monthly charge), 1-on-1 Mentorship (the one-time fee), and any other purchase made through Whop. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Monthly membership

Prophecy Membership renews every 30 days through Whop. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account; cancelling stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Charges already made are not refunded, including for unused time, missed sessions, or content you chose not to use.

1-on-1 Mentorship

The mentorship fee is a one-time payment for a limited seat and Sebas's personal time. It is non-refundable once paid, including if you stop attending sessions or do not complete the program. Sessions are scheduled with Sebas directly; rescheduling is available with reasonable notice.

The only exceptions

We will correct a genuine billing error (for example a duplicate charge for the same period) or a technical failure on our side that prevents access and that we cannot fix. Contact us within 7 days of the charge in those cases. Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge. Chargebacks filed against a valid purchase may result in immediate loss of access to the platform and the Inner Circle.
